1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Return:
    Customers may return items purchased from Brainy Bunch within 7 days of the purchase date.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Opened or used books, stationery, or consumables.

  • How to Return:
    Returns can only be processed at our physical Brainy Bunch Store.


2. Refund Policy

    Upon approval of the return, a refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    • Credit/debit card refunds: Processing times may vary based on the issuing bank.
    • No Cash payments
